Problem
- Thunderbird で受信した学内のメールの件名やアドレス欄に変な文字（�）が混じってしまうときがあります。
Solution
ある種のメールソフトは不正な ISO-2022-JP エンコーディングのメールを送信することがあり、そのメールを Thunderbird で 受信した際に発生します。
この事象はそのようなメールソフトの問題であり、Thunderbird の動作としては仕様です。
