  • I forgot my CIS account password. Can you tell me?

Solution　　

Passwords for CIS accounts are stored in a hashed format, so even the Center for ICT Services cannot know the password.

To log in again, you will need to reissue your password. Please fill out the password reissue application form and submit it to the Center for ICT Services.

Please note that when you apply for a reissue, you will be required to fill out "Measures to prevent forgetting your password in the future." Please read the following page carefully before filling it out.
