When attempting to open Word, Excel or Powerpoint(Office product), the program says in the header that it is an "unlicensed product" and I can't edit anymore. What should I do?
解決方法
Follow the steps below.
- After opening Word or Excel(other Office program), click "File" in the top left and then "Account" in the bottom left.
- Make sure that you signed in with your Office 365 account(uXXXXXXx@o365.kit.ac.jp) at "User Information". If you signed in with other than that above account, click "Sign out".
- Click "Sign in".
- After entering "(your KIT account)@o365.kit.ac.jp", click "Next".
- You will be redirected to KIT Authentication Page. Then enter your username and password to login.
- Again, make sure that you signed in with your Office 365 account(uXXXXXXx@o365.kit.ac.jp) at "User Information".
