1. Click on the questionnaire link on the course.
  2. Click on the link "Answer the questions".
  3. Answer the questionnaire consisting of a variety of question types, such as radio buttons, a drop-down list, and etc.
  4. After all the attempts, click "Submit your answers".
  5. Click "Continue".
