サービスの一部はe-Learningで情報リテラシーガイダンスを受講後し、確認テストに合格した後に利用できるようになります。
確認テストに合格しましたら、以下の手順でサービスを有効化して下さい。

情報note

サービスの有効化は学内のネットワーク接続環境からのみ設定することができます。

お手持ちのデバイスを本学の KITnet 認証付き無線 LAN（KITnetX）に接続する
当センター自習室・演習室の共用PC、附属図書館Webブラウジングコーナー・Webブラウジングルームの共用PC で設定する
研究室の PC で設定する

のいずれかの方法で実施してください。

作業の前に、起動しているブラウザを全て終了して下さい。

注意
手順を実施する前に、起動しているWebブラウザを全て終了してください。

Webブラウザを起動し、情報科学センターのWebサイト ブラウザを起動し情報科学センターのホームページにアクセスします。
情報科学センターホームページ：

にアクセス
Webサービス＞ 認証ポータル（パスワード変更）をクリックWebサービスより以下リンクをクリックし認証ポータルにアクセスします。
ユーザ名、パスワードを入力してログインをクリックユーザ名、パスワードを入力して認証ポータルにログインします。
利用者情報管理をクリック利用者情報管理をクリックします。
利用サービス指定をクリックします。をクリック
利用したいサービスのカートに追加をクリックし、最後にをクリックしたあと、ショッピングカートへ行くをクリックします。をクリック
リクエストをクリックします。をクリック
以下のメッセージが表示されることを確認以下メッセージが表示されましたら設定は完了です。
画面右上の Image Addedアイコン ＞ログアウトをクリック最後に画面右上のアイコンをクリックしてログアウトします。

有効化したサービスは5分程度で利用できるようになります。

Some of the services are will become available after taking you complete the information literacy guidance on through e-learning and passing pass the quiz.
Please Once you have completed both, please activate the service services by following the steps below after you finish both of them.

Activation is only possible from the campus network ( KITnetX, Shared computers in seminar room, study room, library, computers in laboratories ) .Services can only be activated by following one of the options below:

Connect your device to the university's wireless LAN(KITnetX).
Use the a shared computers PC in the seminar room, /study room , libraryor the University Library.
Use the computers in laboratories.

Please activate with any of the above.

If you are a working student or have difficulty coming to the university, please contact us via the support desk at https://helpdesk.cis.kit.ac.jp/.

Before proceedingBefore starting, please close all currently running browsers.

Launch Open your web browser and access navigate to the homepage of Center for Information Science.
Center for Information Science HP :
https://cis.kit.ac.jp/en/
Click Users Portal ( Change Password ) from provided on Web Services at the top of the page .
Enter your username and password to authenticate and click Login.
Click User Information Management.
Select the language you wish to use Choose your preferred language from the pulldrop-down menu near located at the top right of the page..
Click Request a role.
Click Add to Cart in the service you want to activate.
Last, click desired service to your cart by clicking Add to Cart, and then proceed to the shopping cart by clicking Go to Shopping Cart.
Click Request.
The setting setup is completed complete when the following message is displayedappears.
