Step-GuideTo control which users can access specific activities, follow these steps: - Navigate to the desired course and click on "Users" → "Groups" in the "Administration" block on the left-hand side of the screen.
Image Added Create a new group by clicking on the "Create Group" button. Image Added - After creating the group, add users to it using the "Add/Remove Users" button. Use the "Add" button to include users.
- To restrict access to a specific activity for only a particular group, navigate to the activity's "Edit Settings" screen and click on "Add Restriction" in the "Usage Restrictions" section.
Image Added - Click on the "Group" button that appears and select the desired group from the drop-down menu. Save your changes. Now, only members of the selected group will have access to this activity.
