Upon course creation, it is initially set to a hidden status, ensuring it remains invisible and inaccessible to students upon login.
When you're ready to make your course available to students, ensure its visibility by following the steps outlined in the 'Make your course visible' process below.
Navigate to the top of the page and click on 'Settings' tab. Change the 'Course Visibility' setting to 'Show'.
If you wish for your registration key to be visible in the course overview when searching for a Moodle course, kindly enter it in the 'Course overview' field here. Additionally, include meeting information for live classes in both this section and the topic summary (as shown below).
After completing the steps above, click 'Save and Display' at the bottom of the page.
