「参加者」タブをクリックし、「ユーザを登録する」をクリックします。

以下のような小ウィンドウが出ますので、登録するユーザのロールを「ロールを割り当てる」から決定し（デフォルトでは「学生」となっております。共担の先生を登録される場合は「教師」を選択してください）、

続いて「検索」欄に氏名やメールアドレスを記入すると*、候補が表示されますので、登録したいユーザをクリックし、右下の「ユーザを登録する」ボタンをクリックすると、登録が完了します。

*よくある氏名で検索しても候補が多すぎることがありますので、アカウント名やメールアドレスで検索することをお勧めします。

注意

フルネームで検索する場合は、姓(半角スペース)名の順ではなく、名(半角スペース)姓の順で検索するとヒットします。
例）「工繊 太郎」で検索したい場合、「太郎 工繊」で検索する。

Navigate to the Participants tab and click on 'Enrol User

When the following small window appears, choose the user's role for registration from the 'Assign role' dropdown.
(By default, it is set to 'Student.' If you wish to enrol a co-teacher, please select 'Teacher.')、

By entering a name and an email address in the 'Search' field*, suggestions will be displayed. Click on the user you wish to enrol and then select the 'Enrol Users' button at the bottom right to complete the enrolment.

*Searching for common names may yield numerous suggestions; therefore, we recommend searching by account name or email address for more precise results.

注意

If you prefer to search by full name, please enter the name in the format of first name (single-byte space) last name, rather than last name (single-byte space) first name. For example, to search for 'Kosen Taro' enter 'Taro Kosen'.
