フリーソフト Putty を使ったフロントサーバの利用方法を説明します。

Putty をインストールする

公式ウェブサイトからダウンロードしてコンピュータにインストールします。

Putty を起動すると以下のようなウィンドウが表示されます。

Host Name のテキストボックスに front.cis.kit.ac.jp と入力し、Open ボタンをクリックします。

初回リモートログイン時には、次のようなウィンドウが表示されます。

Accept ボタンをクリックします。

ログイン名とパスワードを入力してログインします。

exit コマンド、もしくは logout コマンドで終了します。

Here are the instructions for using the front-end server with the free software Putty.

Download and install Putty from the official website on your computer. (Download PuTTY - a free SSH and telnet client for Windows)
Launch Putty, and you will see a window like this:
In the “Host Name” text box, enter front.cis.kit.ac.jp and click the “Open” button.
The first time you log in remotely, a window like this will appear:

Click the “Accept” button.
Enter your login name and password to log in.

To log out, use the `exit` or `logout` command.
