Problem
I am connected to the campus information network, but I still cannot access the campus page.
Solution
There are several possible reasons why you may be unable to access the campus-specific page from the campus information network.
Check Your DNS Settings
Are you using a public DNS server?
Check your device's network settings to see if you have configured a public DNS server such as Google Public DNS (8.8.8.8) or Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1).
If you are using a public DNS server, you may not be able to access campus-specific pages. Please reconfigure your device to use the university's DNS server (133.16.28.44, 133.16.28.45).
Check Your Browser’s DoH Settingso
Is DNS over HTTPS (DoH) enabled in your browser?
If DoH is enabled, internal-only pages may not be accessible. Please disable DoH or add these pages to the DoH exception list.
Check Your Network Connection
Are you connected to eduroam on campus?
Since eduroam is treated as an external network, you cannot access internal-only pages. Please connect via VPN or use the internal information network instead.
If You See an Error Page
If you encounter a timeout, a server error (such as 503 or 500), or a maintenance message indicating access from outside, the web server may be temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.
