SolutionCISアカウントのパスワードはハッシュ化されて保存されており、情報基盤センターでもパスワードが分からないようになっています。 再びログインできるようにするには、パスワードの再発行手続きが必要です。パスワード再発行申請書に必要事項をご記入の上、情報基盤センターまでご提出ください。 なお、再発行手続きの際に、「今後パスワードを忘れないための改善策」の記入が必須となっております。下記ページを熟読の上、ご記入ください。

Problem
SolutionPasswords for CIS accounts are stored in a hashed format, so even the Center for ICT Services cannot know the password. To log in again, you will need to reissue your password. Please fill out the password reissue application form and submit it to the Center for ICT Services. Please note that when you apply for a reissue, you will be required to fill out "Measures to prevent forgetting your password in the future." Please read the following page carefully before filling it out.
