Problem

I set up an autoresponderautoreply via https://webmail.cis.kit.ac.jp/, but someone using Gmail says they’re not receiving the automatic response.

Solution

Due to Gmail's email security protocols, automatic response emails sent from the University KIT email service may will not be delivered to Gmail accounts.
